Rebecca Willott is a highly experienced infrastructure and transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience advising on and delivering complex projects and programs.
Rebecca has led multi-billion-dollar initiatives across the public and private sectors, providing strategic advice, program leadership, and independent assurance within complex and high-profile environments. Rebecca is recognised for her ability to navigate challenging stakeholder landscapes and drive clarity and alignment across large-scale programs.
Rebecca has held Executive Director roles within the NSW Government and senior positions in leading global consultancies. She is an accredited Gateway Review Team member and brings a collaborative, pragmatic approach, underpinned by a strong commitment to mentoring, wellbeing, and building high-performing teams.
