Rebecca Willott is an accomplished infrastructure leader with nearly two decades’ experience delivering education, health, and government projects across Australia and internationally.

As Managing Director of RAW Advisory Solutions, she partners with public and private sector clients to provide strategic advice, program leadership, and project management.

Formerly Executive Director of Infrastructure Planning at the NSW Department of Education, she led a 90-person directorate delivering the state’s School Asset Strategic Plan, overseeing multi-billion-dollar programs and flagship education projects across metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW. Rebecca also worked in NSW Health Infrastructure, where she led the planning of major hospital redevelopment projects. In addition, Rebecca held Principal and Senior Associate roles at Global Project Management Companies. Known for her collaborative leadership, problem-solving in complex environments, and focus on diversity and wellbeing, Rebecca is a trusted advisor who drives outcomes that balance strategic priorities with community impact.

Her focus on people outcomes first has strengthened her expertise in Change Management and Transformation, and she is committed to mentoring emerging leaders to build capability across the sector.
